Sikkim Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Accounts Clerk/Junior Store Keeper in the Sikkim Sub-Ordinate Accounts Service under Finance, Revenue and Expenditure Department, through Direct Recruitment.

Name of the Posts: Accounts Clerk/ Junior Store Keeper
Age Limit As on 30-11-2017: Minimum 18 & Maximum 40 years
Educational Qualification: Passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ 12th/ Class XII examination and equivalent from a recognized Board with Mathematics as one of the subject in Matriculation/ 10th standard + certificate/ diploma in basic course in computer application of minimum three months.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2600/-
Selection Process : Through Written Examinations and Viva Test.
Application Fee : Candidates may Pay Fee in Bank Receipt of State Bank of Sikkim, for Rs. 150/- credited to ‘0051-SPSC’.
How to Apply : Eligible and Interested Candidates can apply in prescribed application form along with one stamp size photograph on it one identical stamp size photograph with the applicants name on the back side of the photograph, Original bank receipt send by hand or post to the Secretary, Sikkim Public Service Commission, Old Tourism Office, M. About Sikkim PSC:
Sikkim became an essential part of the Indian Union in the year 1975. The Constitutional Provision below 315 Article to start a Public Service Commission for the State-owned was achieved by establishing a State Public Service Commission in 1978. The Public Commission has trulyin progressoperational from the year 1982 with the selection of the Chairman and delegation of the staff from the State Govt.
Subsequently the Commission came into operation in diverseleasedconstructions. Currently the State Public Service Commission is positioned in theOld West Point School Complex class rooms to be precise.
Consequent on the conclusion of the Union Public Service Commission to announce Gangtok as one of the Centre for directing Union Public Service Commission Exams, Sikkim Public Service Commission has been assigned with the work of directing Union Public Service Commission exams.
The Sikkim Public Service Commission (SPSC) has been established beneath the 315 Article of the Constitution of the Nation. The Commission has a Chairman and a Member.
The positions and environments of facility of Chairman and Members of the Commission are ruled by the Sikkim Public Service Commission Regulations (members), 1983. The Commission is examined by a Secretariat headed by a Secretary reinforced by officers and staffs.
SPSC conducts numerous competitive exams that offer a chance to candidates to shape their profession in diff governmental divisions. It conducts exams in Gangtok only.Applicants are allowed 4 tries at the exams. There is no limit on the no of tries for scheduled caste applicants but Other Backward Classes have 7 tries.
