Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree of a University established by Law in
India or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto with English Shorthand and typewriting with minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay : Rs.4800/-
Selection Process : Through Written Test & Practical Test.

About High Court of Uttarakhand:
The establishment of High Court of Uttarakhand was in the year 2000. From the old building which is situated at Nainital is the High Court working and it is know that the building of the high court is very old. In the year 2007 the number of Lawyers and Chief Justice came up in the court.
The chief justice of Allahabad was transferred to the High Court of Uttarakhand and he became the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Uttarakhand who is Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ashok A. Desai. During the starting of court the 7 was the sanctioned strength of the Judges but in the year 2003 it has got increased by 9. In the beginning of the High Court the number of court rooms were less but later on it got increased step by step.
The number of employees working in the court are playing major role to bring the court in the lead. Hon’ble Justice S.B Sinha had established a meditation center for the state. Many of the Advocates and their assistant were given training. The meditation training programs are specially given in the 8 districts and that the advocates can get the good training.
The candidate those who wish to complete the internship and like to work can apply for the job. The mandatory qualification is the education of the candidates and their age limit. The degree on the advocate stream should have done by the good college. The candidate those who are getting selected will have the good career in future.
