About Haryana State Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd
The beginning of the Haryana State Cooperative Apex Bank Limited was in the year November 1966. The bank plays an important role in the economy of Haryana State and has been industrialists, financing farmers, rural artisans, and agricultural workers, etc in the states and helping the investors for the last 49 years. The bank is commonly called as HARCO BANK. Haryana State Cooperative Apex Bank Limited appeared to be managing Development Action Plan determined by the principles given by NABARD.
Smt. Rajni Sekhri Sibal IAS is the Chairman of the bank. This bank is declared as a best cooperative bank in the country. The vision of the bank is to assist the customers regarding the bank procedures in a short period of time.
There are many training college running with various programs. The training procedures are made by carrying out an essential analysis of training requirements of Bank Staff. Each and every member of faculty is encouraged to design a minimum of two training programmes in 12 months. The training programme together with comprehensive course contents prepared by them is then highlighted in a staff meeting. In this particular meeting the members of staff reveal their thoughts and opinions to improve the programme. Training programmes created by the staff are reviewed in the standing training advisory committee for the acceptance. Whilst creating the course, ideas of professionals in the affiliated fields are also captured. The District Managers of customer banks are also contacted before finalising the courses. The policies issues of banks are also noted during this exercise to ensure that training hard work tend not to get worthless.
